Mandi Junub Setelah Imsak di Bulan Ramadhan

pak ustadz saya mau tanya mengenai mandi junub di wktu stelah lewat imsak..bagaimana hukumnya ? dan apakah itu dapat membatalkan puasa kita.

Saudara yang dimuliakan Allah swt

Dibolehkan bagi seseorang yang junub dimalam hari Ramadhan baik dikarenakan bermimipi atau berhubungan dengan pasangannya untuk mandi setelah lewat waktu imsak bahkan dibolehkan mengakhirkan mandinya setelah waktu shubuh datang tanpa merusak puasanya, sebagaimana hal itu pernah dilakukan oleh Rasulullah shalallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam.

Diriwayatkan oleh Imam Muslim dari Ummu Salamah bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam pernah mendapati waktu subuh dalam keadaan junub karena jima’, bukan karena mimpi. Namun beliau tidak Ifthar (berbuka) dan tidak pula meng-qadla` (mengganti) puasanya.

Dan bagi yang melakukan mandi junub setelah datang waktu shubuh hendaklah tetap berupaya agar tidak ketinggalan shalat shubuh berjamaah di masjid.

Akan tetapi diharamkan bagi seseorang yang junub untuk mengakhirkan mandinya hingga matahari terbit karena bisa dipastikan bahwa orang itu tidak melaksanakan shalat shubuh pada waktunya.
