Syaikh Salafi: Shalat Istikharah untuk Mendukung As-Sisi Bathil dan Haram

alhikmah.ac.id – Salah seorang anggota Majlis Dakwah Salafiah Mesir, Syaikh Said Abdul Azhim, memfatwakan bahwa shalat istikharah yang dilakukan pimpinan Dakwah Salafiah dan Partai An-Nur sebelum mengumumkan dukungan untuk As-Sisi menjadi presiden tidak sah dan haram.

Menurutnya, Rasulullah Saw. mengajarkan shalat istikharah jika seseorang ragu terhadap suatu urusan yang belum jelas hukum wajib atau haramnya, seperti ragu untuk menentukan barang yang hendak diperdagangkannya, memilih naik pesawat atau kendaraan lain, dstnya.

Sementara memilih apakah akan ikut mengkudeta pemimpin yang sah atau tidak mendukung, tidak diperlukan shalat istikharah karena hukum hal tersebut sebagai pilihan yang haram sudah jelas.

Syaikh Abdul Azhim menjelaskan bahwa tidak perlu shalat istikharah untuk mendukung atau tidak mendukung seseorang (As-Sisi) yang secara jelas menolak negara syariat serta berkonspirasi dengan AS dan Israel untuk menjatuhkan presiden terpilih (Presiden Mursi) yang dikhawatirkan akan mendirikan negara Islam.

Lebih lanjut, Syaikh Abdul Azhim menegaskan bahwa mendukung pihak yang telah menumpahkan darah ribuan orang, berbuat zalim, menangkap puluhan ribuan orang, serta melarang para dai dan aktivitas dakwah hukumnya haram.
