Wakil Ketua MPR RI, Hidayat Nur Wahid, memberikan dukungan terhadap pengembangan dakwah digital dengan meresmikan studio digital di STID DI Al-Hikmah, Mampang, Jakarta Selatan (20/3). Dukungan ini merupakan hasil program kemaslahatan yang diajukan oleh Hidayat kepada Badan Pelaksana Keuangan Haji, bekerja sama dengan Yayasan PPPA Darul Qur’an. Studio digital ini dilengkapi dengan lab komputer, studio syuting, dan studio podcast, dan diharapkan dapat mendorong program dakwah digital.
Hidayat menyatakan bahwa program dakwah digital sangat penting dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman, yang penuh dengan informasi yang kompleks. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan alternatif informasi yang mencerahkan, khususnya melalui program dakwah digital yang dapat menyebarkan ajaran Islam yang rahmatan lil alamin secara lokal maupun global. Dia berharap studio digital ini dapat bermanfaat bagi civitas STID DI Al-Hikmah serta menjadi alternatif informasi yang bermanfaat dan mencerahkan, terutama bagi generasi milenial.
Selain itu, Hidayat juga memberikan pesan agar perangkat digital yang diberikan dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal dan dirawat dengan baik. Menurutnya, hal ini merupakan bentuk pertanggungjawaban terhadap dana abadi umat yang dikelola oleh Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji.
HNW juga mengingatkan BPKH untuk semakin bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola dana haji. Dia berharap BPKH dapat lebih inovatif dalam mengembangkan nilai manfaat dan kreatif dalam mengurangi biaya haji yang harus ditanggung oleh jemaah. Hidayat berharap BPKH dapat mencari bidang investasi yang aman namun menguntungkan, sehingga nilai manfaat yang diterima oleh jamaah haji semakin meningkat. Melalui program pengembangan dakwah digital ini, diharapkan program kemaslahatan yang dapat disalurkan kepada umat terus bertambah dan memberikan berkah.
Acara peresmian studio digital ini juga dihadiri oleh beberapa tokoh seperti Kepala Divisi Registrasi dan Analisa Kemaslahatan BPKH Agung Sri Hendarsa, Direktur Marketing dan Komunikasi PPPA Daarul Qur’an Dwi Kartika Ningsih, Ketua STID DI Al-Hikmah Ahmad Rofi Syamsuri, MA, serta pengurus yayasan, pengurus ICMI Jakarta Selatan, dan civitas akademika lainnya.
